- Deferred members, whether still working for GE or not
- Pensioners
- Members who are receiving a dependant's or child's pension, as long as you're aged 18 or over
You don't need to have pensions knowledge to take a seat at the table. We're interested in your creative thinking, compassion, and bright ideas.
It doesn't matter where you live - if you live outside the UK, you can still apply as you can work virtually. We run hybrid meetings with a mixture of people attending online and in person.
There are no barriersIf you feel that you would like to apply, but are hesitant for any reason - we'd like to reassure you that we need people on the Trustee Talent Team from all backgrounds and of all ages to represent our members.
People of different ages, or with different life experiences, such as living with a disability, have a range of perspectives to bring to the table and we'd love to offer you a seat, as long as you're aged 18 or over.
If you need us to make any adjustments so that you can take part in this process, get in touch with Louis or Andrew at louis.vickery@aon.com or andrew.brown@aon.com
Taking your seat on the Trustee Talent Team could be your chance to use your experience to make a difference for Scheme members like you.

The application itself was straightforward and looked primarily at my characteristics and behaviours rather the experience or ‘qualification’ – I found this interesting in itself as it showed the need for a wide range of views on the board.
